Increase Your Card Limits

If your card transaction was declined, it may be due to contactless payment limits. Here’s how to resolve the issue:

1. Check and Adjust Your Contactless Limit

You can view and change your contactless payment limit directly in the app:

  • Open the app and go to your Cards section

  • Tap on your card

  • Look for Limit Settings or similar options below your card details

  • Adjust the contactless limit as needed

2. If You’re Using Curve or Apple Pay

If you’re using Curve or Apple Pay, your transaction may be subject to their platform-specific limits. Please check the Curve or Apple Pay app to confirm and, if possible, increase the allowed limits from there.
