You will need to contact customer support for Tier 2 verification.

Customer support email: [email protected] or in-app chat. A representative from Bringinwill will check your eligibility and share a link to submit additional documents for verification. We will guide you through the process to ensure everything goes smoothly.

What does Tier 2 unlock?

Tier 2 gives you higher account limits - larger deposits and withdrawals.

Who is eligible for Tier 2?

Your account must meet a minimum cumulative deposit threshold of €10,000.

This ensures Tier 2 access is granted to accounts with meaningful activity.

What counts toward the €10,000 requirement?

  • The €10,000 requirement is cumulative, not per month.

  • You can reach it through one or multiple deposits over time.

  • Once your total lifetime deposits reach €10,000, your account automatically qualifies for Tier 2 review.

You don’t need to maintain a €10,000 balance - only to have cumulatively deposited that amount.

Example

  • Deposit €3,000 in September

  • Deposit €4,000 in October

  • Deposit €3,000 in November

Total deposits = €10,000 → You now qualify for Tier 2 upgrade (even if some funds were withdrawn).

What is the maximum limit for my account?

There is no upper limit. A few of our users have limits of millions as soon as you complete tier 2 verification. You will get a soft limit of upto 100,000 Euros per month. This can be extended to any amount you desire by contacting our customer support.
