Overview
Bringin operates in partnership with licensed European financial institutions.
Due to regulatory requirements, access and verification availability may vary by country. You ability to open a Bringin account depends on your residence and your citizenship.
We can currently onboard the following individuals:
EU/EEA and Swiss citizens residing in Europe or abroad, provided they are not residing in a prohibited jurisdiction (see list below)
Non-EU/EEA citizens (including US citizens) residing in the EU/EEA or Switzerland, provided they are not citizens of prohibited jurisdictions (see list below).
Please note that card payments are not available in Switzerland.
Hungary
Onboarding of new Hungarian residents is currently paused due to regulatory reasons.
Prohibited Jurisdictions (Citizenship and Residence)

Please note: US citizens can be onboarded if they reside in a EU/EEA country.
Due to regulatory reasons, we are currently unable to offer Services to citizens of the Russian Federation, regardless of their residency. However, citizens of the Russian Federation who also hold EU/EEA or Swiss citizenship are eligible for our Services.
Accepted phone numbers
Please note that you cannot enter a phone number from a prohibited jurisdiction, otherwise you may not receive 2FA codes.

If you’re from a restricted country, your verification will automatically be declined.
You can reapply once Bringin reopens onboarding in your region — we’ll announce updates on our Telegram community and via email.
Summary:
Bringin is currently available to most EU/EEA residents.
Onboarding from Hungary is paused temporarily due to regulatory updates.
We’ll resume once our compliance partner lifts the restriction.
Citizens of specific jurisdictions cannot be onboarded, even if they are residents of a EU/EAA country.
