Please note: to activate the card once you receive it, you need to complete a payment by inserting the card and inputting the PIN. After that, you'll be able to pay contactlessly.
If your card is refused, please check and try the following:
Double check your balance and your limits in the Bringin app and your PIN.
Inspect the card to identify potential damage. If you see any damage, email us at [email protected] to order a new card.
If the card looks intact, please try to withdraw cash at an ATM of a different service provider. We noticed that some providers do not process the card correctly.
If that doesn't work, please try to check the balance on your card at an ATM. This way we can check if we see the activity. Please note that virtual cards don't have a PIN and will be declined at ATMs.
If none of this works, please try to change the PIN at an ATM. The chip on the card may be blocked, which is not visible in our system. After completing the PIN change, please attempt another withdrawal.
