It can be frustrating when a bank transfer fails, especially if you have successfully withdrawn to that exact same bank account in the past. If your withdrawal is being reverted or rejected immediately, it is usually because the receiving bank is blocking the incoming transfer or because a temporary sync issue occurred between our payment system and your bank.
Here is how you can quickly fix this and get your funds transferred.
The Quick Fix: Re-register your bank account
In most cases, the fastest way to resolve a reverted transfer error is to refresh the connection between Bringin and your bank.
Delete the bank account: Go to your saved bank accounts/beneficiaries list in the Bringin app and remove the account that is failing.
Double-check your details: Make sure the IBAN is correct and that the name on the bank account exactly matches the legal name you used to register your Bringin account.
Re-add the bank account: Add the bank details back into the app as a new account and try the withdrawal again.
What to do if the transfer keeps failing
If you have tried the steps above and the transaction is still being blocked, the restriction is probably happening on your bank's side.
You will need to contact your bank's customer support directly and ask them why they are rejecting incoming transfers from your Bringin account. You can also contact us at [email protected] and we'll be happy to investigate further and assist you.
