You can check your eligibility to be onboarded here.
If you're eligible to be onboarded but your KYC was rejected, you should be able to submit your information again. Here is a list of the most common reasons why applications are rejected:
The ID/passport is not readable: make sure the photo is take in a well-lit environment and that all details are readable.
Identification document is not supported: make sure you're submitting an official ID or passport released by your country of residence. Driver licenses are not accepted.
Details don't match: make sure the details you type in the form match the information on the ID/passport. This include potential second names or second family names.
You're trying to access Bringin from a prohibited jurisdiction: Bringin is not available in certain jurisdictions. You find a complete list here. If you're trying to access the service or submit your application from one of these jurisdictions, the system will automatically reject your application. Make sure to complete KYC when you're physically in your country of residence where Bringin is available.
Tax identification number is missing: since 2026 we're legally required to collect our users' tax identification numbers (TINs). Make sure this piece of information is included in your application. The TIN is a unique number assigned to each resident by its government that is usually used to identify the person for tax purposes (paying taxes, claiming benefits, etc.).
If none of these options apply to your case but your application was rejected, feel free to contact us at [email protected] and we'll be happy to help.
